Business as usual during uncertain times

As you know, there are constant developments with the COVID-19 situation. During these uncertain times, we would like to reassure you that our extensive global network will continue to operate to ensure the best service possible.

Our teams are now mostly working remotely and Wilcom has ensured that everyone is set up to continue in a ‘business as usual’ capacity.

Sales and support continue to be available by both phone and email, and we have sufficient inventory to ensure there is no impact on our ability to supply software and security dongles.

The delivery schedule of the new EmbroideryConnect WiFi Device has not been changed in the last few weeks. 

However, we are relying on various hardware components from our manufacturers, and interruptions are possible. We appreciate your understanding on this.

Our engineers are developing new products and updates to existing products at the same rate, so we look forward to delivering exciting new products to you later this year.
